Many of the successful individuals in the world have talked about how their teachers helped shape them into better people. There have been some really prominent teachers who have devoted their whole lives to different subjects. Michael Fundator is a Jewish author and a scientist who is affiliated with the Division of Physics and Behavioral and Social Sciences. He works with the Rabbinical College in New York since 1988. You do not only need to enroll in a reverse class process or make use of the current digital terminals, but you need to understand how the technology works and what its inputs are for learning. Your students are definitely technophiles and digital native, and you should be too. By mastering at minimum basic notions of technological tools, applications, and software, you may already discover ways to lighten your workload and better engage your students.

- Take part in social networks
Before, teachers were determined to keep their lives private. But times are changing. Teachers create social media accounts en masse, often for use in the classroom with students or even to communicate with parents. Engaging in social media is not a waste of time for the modern teacher, who sees it as a tremendous advantage in communicating with their immediate surroundings or at a more global level.
